I founded the association with 2 former friends from the Jean-Paul 2 Patro in my spare time. It’s where I perfected my team management, budget and planning skills.
1000 people gathered each year @Woody Woodstock Festival in the heart of Brabant Wallon to celebrate spring. 50 volunteers helped us during these intense weekends of emotion and sharing.

“THE Nivelles music festival is drawing to a close. The announcement was made via the event’s Facebook account. After 10 years, Woody Woodstock is coming to an end. Here are a few extracts from the press release written by the organisers:
‘Our festival has always placed a particular emphasis on supporting local bands to bring them to a wide audience, which is a big part of why the festival is free. But the way our lives have changed, the efforts we’ve made to organise a free festival from scratch, and the major changes in the music world, are all reasons that have prompted our committee to take this decision’.
After 10 editions and a hundred or so concerts on our stage, ‘it is with a heavy heart, but with a great deal of pride and satisfaction at how far we’ve come, that we are today bringing our investment to a close. Our thoughts are with our many partners and friends, for whom this event has become a not-to-be-missed rendezvous in Nivelles, and we hope that other initiatives will follow in our footsteps.”
